Being an angry is very normal thing. It is very often that we get angry and in the heat of the moment enact in a way that we tend to regret later on. So one should control the anger before it gets control over person. Some times i think is there any medicine for anger control? So read till end to find some of the best tips  to control your anger.

When any toddler gets angry we praise them initially. We feel very favorable to everyone.

    But when the anger takes the command over the toddler or any person it's extremely serious thing.

   When anger controls over a person it is not only harmful to the concern person but it may be dangerous for surrounding members. The anger may take the person to the crime level also.

 My concern here is, anger is a natural response to something unpleasant or unlikable or nasty. Different people have different triggers and hence responses, reactions are different to the similar situations. And likewise the intensity of the response also varies from person to person. Though this anger is natural response like happiness, sorrow, joy, sadness etc. and we all had faced the phase of uncontrollable anger. But it should not have control at all over your emotions and bursting out the very second you feel angry.

So although it’s natural to being angry, it's very important to control our anger to avoid worst consequences.

It is very sorry to say that there no any medicine for anger control. but yes one can get control over own anger by following some tips.

Here are some tips to control anger.

2. Counting -decorative

Counting one to hundred is very ancient method. My mother always tells about this, it diverts your mind from the anger. This counting method really works to suppress your anger.

3. Music. - Listen to the music is another best remedy to control your anger. It deviate your mind and refreshes your mood.

4. Recall the best memories.

This is my own strategy to control the anger. When you fought with someone, recall good memories with the concern person. Definitely talking to yourself in this manner helps to make your anger calm.

5. Write - decorative

Write what you feel on the paper and throw it.
This helps to wash out your anger through your writing.

  6. Be calm and Pray Prayer(some holy mantras) for anger control- Its burdensome to be a calm. But instead of shouting, yelling at someone or breaking things it's better to be calm by chanting holy mantras and sit silently.

7. Create Mental Images -

whenever you feel angry, create mental images of beautiful things which are favorable to you. You can think of your favorite pet, place or dish. Just try to find out which made you to laugh. Think of the things which feel you good. When you laugh your mood improves and forgiveness becomes easier. The good thoughts help you to suppress the anger.   

8. Maintain a hobby

9. Repeat a calming word or phrase - keeping the mouth shut will help to avoid unnecessary chat. This reduces the anger. Then start repeating a calming phrases or word like “it’s all right”, “take it easy”, “relax”, “all is well”. Repeat such types of word/phrases till you feel clam and peaceful.

 

10. Sit alone and think on the matter.
