Its F-16 aircraft crashed in Ukraine. The F-16
aircraft which was recently given to Ukraine by NATO, crashed during its

pilot Oleksiy Mes died, he was known as Callsign ‘Moonfish.’ He was cremated in his
hometown Lutsk on Thursday
According to US defense officials, Russian air
strikes launched a series of attacks on Ukrainian Airbase. While protecting
Ukrainian Airbase, Mes’s plane crashed. Mes was one of Ukraine's most
successful fighter pilots and had successfully intercepted several Russian
missiles.
