3. Describe a recent quarrel that you have had with your brother –sister or friend. How did it start? What did your quarrel about?> how did it end?

Me and my sister Sally had a silly quarrel on last month.  It was a Sunday afternoon. We both had lunch. Mother was busy with the household chores. And father went out for some work. And here I and my sister Sally started quarreling over who would watch TV first. I wanted to watch his cricket match, while Sally wanted to watch her favorite cartoon. We started arguing first. Then we bickered loudly, and started pulling the remote back and forth. Finally, our mother interrupted, assigned equal time for both. Thus our silly quarrel ended peacefully.

Short question answer

1. Who were quarreling and why?

Answer: the poet and her sister both were quarreling with each other. There was a small misunderstanding created between both of them. The reason the fight was very minute. But both were arguing with each other. Poet’s brother is saying he was right but the poet was saying her brother was wrong. Thus they were arguing each other.  It lasted in the night from the afternoon.

2. How did the quarrel turned strong?

Answer: The poet and her brother both had started the quarrel with small misunderstanding. Then the argument between both of them did not stop. Instead of ending the quarrel, one thing lead to another and the fight become strong. Words escalated and a small quarrel took a bigger form. Thus the quarrel turned strong.

3. How did the quarrel end?      

Answer:  The quarrel between the poet and her brother started with very small understanding. They both argued with each other. From the afternoon to till night both were quarreled with each other. The quarrel took strong turned. But at the night time they both realize that quarreling meaningless. And they both didn’t want to be upset whole night. so ended their fight without any formal apology.
