danger. Thus TV becomes curse for mankind.
But TV can
be used for good purpose like education, to know more about the world along
with healthy entertainment. It provides wholesome family entertainment at low
cost. Nowadays many educational channels are visible in affordable prices. All kinds of channels like health, education,
recipes, travelling, shopping, fashion, science, kids cartoons are available in
low cost. So it is very easy to gain knowledge by sitting at home. News channels give you information happening
all around the world. It can useful for farmers also. The programs related to
farming teach farmer better methods of cultivation. TV programs can reach
millions of people in their homes. It plays an important role in refreshing the
minds who worked hard throughout the day. Children during their vacation can
spend their quality time on TV, can learn new thing like art and craft through
different channels. It also helps the old people to spend their time as they get
retired and can enjoy their few days of life with relaxation. In this respect
learning through TV is more effective than learning in crowded classroom.
In short, if
TV programs are planned to make people citizens and better human kind beings,
TV will no doubt be a great blessing to mankind. As any instrument, machine or
tool is never good or bad. It is the way we use it that decides it.
