What is Future Tense?
There are
major three types of tenses.
1. Simple
Present Tense
2. Simple
Past Tense
3. Simple
Future Tense
Each and
every tense has again divided into sub-tenses.
Today we’ll
study only simple future tense
1. Simple future
Tense: The tense or time form of verb used to refer to an event or occurrence
that has not yet happened oris expected to happen in the future.
Some more
examples of simple future tense are as following.
1. I shall go
to school tomorrow.
2. We shall go
for morning walk from next week.
3. He will
play piano in the next annual function.
4. She will distributes
food for needy.
5. They will
visit to my house on next Monday.
6. Sania will
play tennis.
7. Rocky will
play next football match.
8. Children will
play on this playground.
9. People
will enjoy this movie.
10. My
mother will bake cake for my birthday.
All above
sentences are in simple future tense.
Not let’s study Negative form of simple
present tense.
The format
of simple future tense is as follows
Subject +will/shall+ V1 +object
When the sentence with will/shall, just add ‘NOT’ after will/shall
to make the sentence negative.
E.g. 1.I shall
become a teacher.
Negative – I
shall not become a teacher.
2. He will
play with you.
Negative –
He will not play with you.
3. These
children will become a good citizen.
Neg. -These
children will not become a good citizen.
4. We will go
for morning walk.
Neg.- We will go for morning walk
5. He will play piano in the next annual
function.
Neg.- He
will not play piano in the next annual function.
6. She will
distribute food for needy.
Neg.- She
will not distributes food for needy.
7. They will
